Sheet vs. Pipe Fiber Laser Cutting Machines
Understand the difference between sheet and tube processing, using 3015–6000W and 6046G–6000W reference configurations.

Sheet fiber laser cutters use a flat worktable and are selected according to sheet size, material, thickness, laser power, loading method, and enclosure requirements. The 3015–6000W configuration is a useful reference for common industrial sheet processing.
Pipe laser cutters add chuck systems and a long travel axis for round tube, square tube, and profiles. A 6046G–6000W reference configuration supports a maximum tube size of Φ460 × 6000 mm, but final capacity must be matched to the actual tube range and material.
Buyers should compare more than laser power. Working format, positioning accuracy, acceleration, software, loading automation, local voltage, floor space, consumables, and service support all affect the final production result.
